Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace
(LERN-DEI)
In a world where cultural dynamics increasingly shape both conflict and collaboration, the ability to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace has never been more essential. With 75% of global conflicts having a cultural dimension and the creative and cultural industries (CCI) generating over US$ 2.25 trillion annually, understanding and embracing DEI is not just a social imperative—it's an economic one. The DEI in the Workplace Certificate is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to foster inclusive environments that embrace diverse identities, promote equity, and celebrate cultural differences.
This certificate focuses on enhancing cultural competence, providing students with a deeper understanding of DEI principles and how they apply within a professional setting. Through this program, you will learn to define and distinguish between the core concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion, while gaining practical tools to make meaningful changes in your workplace culture.
The next cohort starts April 7, 2025.
