The Fundamental Supervisory and Leadership Certificate is designed to enhance the skills of current and aspiring supervisors. This program covers Effective Delegation, Performance Management, and Writing Performance Reviews, focusing on the core responsibilities of a supervisor and strategies for improving leadership effectiveness. Participants will learn practical techniques to delegate tasks efficiently, manage and motivate team performance, and craft constructive performance reviews.
